He has been part of capital formation efforts totaling more than $100M, supporting early-stage ventures, institutional financings, and blockchain-native fundraising rounds.
Robert Polito

An adviser to multiple established companies, VCs, Family offices, brands, and startups on the deployment of effective Digital Asset strategies for 10+ years. Rob has worked alongside some of the largest protocols on multiple blockchains, assisting in incubating their core business models whilst creating new lines of business for them. Rob specializes in building communities for brands, creating bespoke marketing strategies, and advising on the most effective use of resources for varying market conditions.
Veronique Laberge
CFO
Ms. Veronique Laberge is a chartered professional accountant and holder of the title of auditor. With more than 20 years of experience in professional practice, she specialized in certification mandates, general accounting and has been working as a fractional CFO for multiple public and private companies since 2018. She has been involved in numerous acquisitions, reverse takeovers and financing for small cap companies. She holds an accounting degree from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal).
Simon Goodman

With almost 15 years experience in building out Marshall Wace's proprietary operational, finance and technology platform, Simon has enabled one of Europe's pre-eminent hedge funds to scale out its business from the start up stages of 30M to > 25Bn. Simon has since helped scale and develop two further financial firms using a blend of operational and technological expertise in the fintech arena. This experience has been honed across multiple asset classes, both in private, public and digital marketplaces. Current CEO of Peregrine & PSG Digital.

Marin is a UX/UI designer with a strong systems mindset and a product-first approach. He moves quickly through research, prototyping, and iteration, distilling complex challenges into streamlined user flows and refined interfaces. His background in brand strategy gives him a holistic view of how design shapes perception, engagement, and business outcomes. Has been lead designer on 10+ major protocols within the web3 ecosystem.

Business Development
Uri is an investor and entrepreneur. He is a partner at FaaS Global, the global arm of a multi-billion dollar global investment house and multi-family office, as well as Tabiya Capital, a technology-focused investment and advisory firm anchored in Abu Dhabi and active across Hong Kong, London, and New York. As CEO of Concordia, Uri leads the development of performance optimization and risk infrastructure for decentralized financial systems. He also serves as a board member of Spree Finance, a next-generation commerce and rewards platform, and as Head of Digital Products for UMusic Hospitality and Lifestyle. Previously, Uri was Vice President of Business Development at Binance, where he raised institutional capital for Binance Labs from a global top-ten fund and led the firm’s first Move-ecosystem investment via Aptos. As founding Director of Strategy and Investments at [JD.com](http://jd.com/)’s AI division, he helped scale the team to 400+ engineers, launched an AI accelerator backing 15+ companies, and co-founded JD’s blockchain innovation studio. A Fulbright Scholar at Peking University, Uri holds degrees from UNC Chapel Hill (Phi Beta Kappa), Harvard University, and New York University, and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Product Advisor
Carter is a visionary product and technology leader with over 10 years of experience in Web2 and Web3, blending deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial success. As a previous co-founder of DropChain and Spree (invested by Amex Ventures), he has driven innovation in tokenomics, protocol design, and blockchain product engineering. A National Science Foundation research graduate in Physics and Mathematics turned serial entrepreneur, Carter has scaled startups 0 to 1 with multiple founding exits and TGEs.
Diego Wilson
DeFi Advisor
Full stack developer with previous experience at Solana labs and Google as a software engineer, as well as over 9 years at Qualcomm. Current lead engineer at Concordia systems, developing some of DeFi’s best risk management software.
