Andy has originated and structured over $10B in funded assets, holding senior roles in the private debt groups at Next Edge Capital, Integrated Asset Management, and Wells Fargo Finance, where he led asset securitization across North America — including several nine-figure LBOs funded entirely through securitization. He co-founded Efficient Capital Corporation, a securitization boutique backed by one of Canada’s largest pension funds, and began his career as a derivatives trader. He has served on the boards of a Canadian public digital-assets company and a leading auto-leasing firm, and is known for distilling complex material for C-suite executives and institutional investors.

With more than a decade in the blockchain and digital-asset industry, Rick advises startups, investment funds, and technology companies on securities law, digital assets, corporate governance, capital formation, and regulatory compliance. He has served as counsel and trusted advisor to organizations at the forefront of blockchain, fintech, and AI — across private offerings, tokenization initiatives, and regulatory strategy. Active in public policy and digital-asset advocacy, Rick has worked with policymakers and elected officials to advance responsible innovation and supported digital-asset legislation in his home state of Indiana.

Award-winning Chief Technology Officer with 20+ years of experience on Wall Street in derivatives trading and capital markets. Dennis began his career as an aerospace engineer at NASA before transitioning into institutional finance, holding senior positions at ABN Amro, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and BNY Mellon. He advises several major blockchain foundations, is senior advisor to DTCC Digital Assets, holds multiple blockchain patents, and is President of the ERC-3643 Association — the largest real-world-asset standard for securities, with 140+ institutional members and the only exempted token standard for U.S. securities.

With nearly 15 years building out Marshall Wace’s proprietary operational, finance, and technology platform, Simon helped one of Europe’s pre-eminent hedge funds scale from $30M in start-up stages to more than $25B in assets. He has since helped scale and develop two further financial firms using a blend of operational and technological expertise across private, public, and digital marketplaces. He is currently CEO of Peregrine and PSG Digital.
